Post-Licensure CourseThe course blends facilitated discussion, recent case studies, Arkansas Licensing Law, and practical experience to assist Arkansas Real Estate Licensees in developing effective everyday working skills. In this course, you will:

* Cover the practical application of Agency, Contracts, & Closings
* Learn and practice how to write and present Arkansas Real Estate Contracts
* Learn how to handle issues that evolve from time of contract to closing.
* Brokers will complete additional sessions on Broker Responsibilities as well as Office Management.
* Completion of the necessary sessions MEET THE AREC POST-LICENSING REQUIREMENT.
* Individual sessions will meet the 2009-2010 Continuing Education Requirement (1 Hour Fair Housing included).
* Fulfills 18-hours of Post Licensing education credits.
