Real Estate Policies and Procedures CourseAs with any fast-paced, dynamic industry, a successful real estate business requires each of its members to know the “5 W’s” – who is responsible for a task or procedure, what to do to get it done, where to do it, when to do it and why it needs to be done in the first place. Any one in our industry knows that getting a handle on the “5 W’s” is not an easy feat. This course, Real Estate Policies and Procedures, is designed to help clarify the “5 W’s”. The course objectives are:

* To clearly define mandatory procedures vs. procedures with more leeway
* To understand the importance of clearly defined in-house policies and procedures for maximum effectiveness
* Acquire new techniques and “best practices” through in-class group exercises and interaction
